Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Clients are responsible for all labor hours and/or services performed and expenses incurred until cancellation. Additional terms for specific service options are more particularly described below.
Onsite Service: There is a cancellation fee of $50 if end user cancels within 24 hrs of appointment time. To avoid this cancellation fee, client must inform us of their cancellation either by text, email or phone call, before the 24hr period of their set appointment time. Failure to do so, clients authorize us to charge their payment information on file the amount of $50. If their payment information declines or is invalid, Techs Onsite 24/7 is authorized to pursue collections matter for the amount of the cancellation fee ($50).
You (“You”, “Client” or “Your” means you or, for services designed for businesses, the legal entity that you are authorized to represent and on whose behalf the Services are purchased) expressly agree that use of this Website is at your sole risk. Neither Techs Onsite 24/7, its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, independent contractors and service technicians (providers), or the like, warrant that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of this site, or as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or currency of the Materials.
Further, Techs Onsite 24/7 does not warrant reliability of any statement or other information displayed or distributed through the site. Techs Onsite 24/7 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the site. Techs Onsite 24/7 may make any other changes to this site, the Materials and the services, products, programs, or prices (if any) described in this site at any time without notice.

Techs Onsite 24/7 makes no representations or warranties of any kind if the client does not call within 10 days of its original service call, Due to the volatile nature of Technology performance, Techs Onsite 24/7 will only honor warranty if we are given the chance to prove the exact issue is occurring due to a negligence of a contractor representing Techs Onsite 24/7. Using the site and our services is at your own risk, therefore if you do not wish to use our services you must exit the website.
Service options
You may order service from Techs Onsite 24/7 by calling Techs Onsite 24/7 or filling out our form via email or website. Fees for our services can be found on our Pricing options page. Some services, parts, and computers ordered receive customized quotes by phone and/or email. Once you place order you agree to pay fees for such service(s) and/or product(s).

Onsite service:
Onsite service is billed at the hourly rate quoted via telephone for all time spent on or off work site. Labor will is billed in quarter hour increments rounded to the nearest half-hour. A one hour minimum will be billed for any site visit to Client.
Authorization to Access Your Device (Remote service)
You hereby authorize us to access and control your computer or device (collectively, a “Device“) for the purposes of providing Services and/or Software to you.
In connection with delivering the Services, we may also download, install and use software, gather system data, take remote control of your Device and access or modify your Device settings. By accepting these Terms, you hereby grant us the right to connect to your Device, download, install and use software on your Device to gather system data, repair your Device, take remote control of your Device and change the settings on your Device while performing the Services. Other than as set forth in the warranty section below, you agree that Techs Onsite 24/7 has no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to the Services or the Software.
Techs Onsite 24/7 Unlimited Remote Monthly Support Service Plan:
At our discretion, Techs Onsite 24/7 agents may offer you a free 30 day trial of this service. During offer you are notified that after the 30 days there will be an automatic charge of $19.99 . If you agree to it, at the end of the 30 day trial period you will be charged $19.99 per month. This fee will be charged indefinitely during subsequent months unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription.
Telephone and email reminders of available service will be made and sent to subscriber regularly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however all monthly charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Some Clients may be charged a lesser monthly amount due to promotion or discounted price offer.
