Worst company I ever talked to. I tried to explain my issue only to be interrupted and talked down to and over during explanation. The only thing that was expressed was set up appointment and be charged. They never listened to the issue. Only wanted an appointment to charge me. They are only interested in charging by the hour, not listening to actual problem for resolution.

I called techsonline247.com on 09/30/25 to come out to repair my laptop. I was told a technician could come out on 10/01/2025 and a time was set between 1-3:00 PM. At 3:10 PM

I had not heard from anyone so I called them back to see if there was a problem

I was told they would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes but to my surprise at 3:54 no one had called me back so I placed another phone call and no one answered I called again and was told they had sent a text message to say the technician would be another 25 minutes late.

I thought that would be fine so I said okay. When the technician finally came and saw me he started to say he couldn’t work on the laptop. I asked could I show him the laptop before he felt that he could not fix my laptop.

I showed him the laptop he proceeded to holler at me and tell me he could not work on my laptop because the back was taken off.

I tried to explain that I had just took the back off because I thought I was helping him out. So he first texted the office and then called them and stated that he was not working on this laptop.

I did say that I would give the technician my permission to work on my laptop but he jumped back like he thought I was going to touch him or something.

I felt this visit from the technician was very unprofessional. I’m sorry to say that this technician saw I was of another race and decided that he wanted no part in helping me. Now I’m a pretty good judge of character and by no means do I throw the race card around because I know that a lot of people do it, but I’m pretty sure I’m correct.
